Historic club seeks new talent

Southbourne Cricket Club has been in existence for over 100 years and is one of a rare breed of cricket clubs that only plays friendly matches.

Home games are played in the beautiful setting of the Eastbourne College Memorial Ground, otherwise known as St Cyprians, just off Summerdown Road.

Southbourne generally play about a dozen games each season on Saturday afternoons. They seek new players for the 2012 season, contact captain Colin McMahon on (01323) 720369.
