Hatchett into Sussex squad for Somerset clash
Lewis Hatchett
LEWIS Hatchett joins the Sussex CCC squad as they look to continue their challenge for honours in the LV County Championship tomorrow as they travel to Taunton to face Somerset.
The left-arm seamer, who is from Upper Beeding, has be added to the squad that beat Middlesex at The PROBIZ County Ground, although Matt Prior remains unavailable due to his involvement with the England side and their Test Series with South Africa.
After winning their last four home games in the competition, Sussex have put themselves in title contention whilst also continuing hopes of an exciting treble across all the formats.
Sussex are currently eleven points shy of leaders Warwickshire who have played a game less, whilst Somerset sit in fourth spot, 21 points behind their visitors.
The Sussex squad is Amjad Khan, James Anyon, Ben Brown, Murray Goodwin, Hatchett, Ed Joyce, Steve Magoffin, Chris Nash, Monty Panesar, Luke Wells, Kirk Wernars, Luke Wright and Mike Yardy.
