Chris takes it by

three strokes

It was back to business as usual at Bay View Golf Club, when Chris Mottershead again came out on top at the latest members strokeplay competition.

With low temperatures and frozen greens, it was never going to be a day for record-breaking – and, in the event, no-one played to their handicap, over two rounds of the par-31 course. Chris Mottershead’s winning score was a net 65. That left him three strokes ahead of his two nearest rivals. On countback, second place went to Keith Roberts, with Mark Jarvis third.
