Keehan was part of the East Preston side that won Sussex Division One last season and followed manager Dom di Paolo when he left for Hastings.
After a storming start to the season, Town have dropped off the pace slightly and manager John Lambert hopes this will be the boost they need ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Loxwood in Division One
“He’s the one midfielder we’ve been missing this year who can sit in front of the back four,” he said.
Keehan is expected to go straight into the side as Town cast an eye on the side they will meet in the RUR final on March 17. The league victory is arguably more important, however, with Town 11 points off leaders Pagham.
They have five games in hand but third-placed Littlehampton are the front-runners, just four points off the top with three games in hand on the league leaders.
Littlehampton go to Town’s neighbours Eastbourne United tomorrow.
