Hailsham Town will be hoping for a better result this time round as they meet with Selsey for the second time in two weeks.

The Stringers were forced to take a break from action last weekend as their home league tie with Dorking Wanderers was postponded due to a waterlogged pitch.

It means the last time they played was against the same opponents with whom they’ll step out onto the Beaconsfield pitch on Saturday.

Selsey edged Hailsham out of the Sussex Senior Cup by three goals to two in their last meeting but Kenny McCreadie’s men will hope to exact swift revenge upon their Sussex County League Division Two rivals when they compete for league points tomorrow.

Hailsham will play hoping to avoid their third consecutive domestic defeat.
