EASTBOURNE United head into their weekend clash at Southwick with manager Paul Daubeney setting his sights on an end of season promotion push.
With ambitions firmly set on a top three position come the end of the season, Daubeney wants United to give themselves the best chance of achieving this, by firstly winning all their remaining games.
“We have to look at a top three finish, and of course we have to do our bit by winning all of our remaining games.
“This includes beating either Dorking or Hailsham, then hopefully one of them will slip up.”
Eastbourne look set to welcome back Adam Brand, who was unavailable due to family commitments, into a squad that has no injury concerns, a luxery Daubeney is relishing as the season wears on.
“There’s no injury concerns that I’m aware of, which is very pleasing.
“It’ll probably be the same squad, although we do have Adam Brand back, so I might freshen things up, maybe rotate the bench.”
Despite his confidence, the threat from fifth place Littlehampton, who are level on points with United, still remains in Daubeney’s thoughts.
He has already labelled the tie between the two sides on March 25 as a “must win game” if they want to finish third.
