Eastbourne Borough will take to the Priory Lane pitch for the first time this season as Tonbridge Angels make the short trip to the Sunshine Coast this evening (Tuesday) - and you can enjoy live text commentary of the match courtesy of the Eastbourne Herald.

The Herald website will be running updates of all the action as Tommy Widdrington’s men look to continue their flying start to the current campaign following their 1-0 victory over Weston-Super-Mare on Saturday.

Borough are expected to be at full strength for their encounter after Widdrington reported a clean bill of health following their long-haul trip to the West Country at the weekend, while Gary Hart returns from suspension.

Widdrington said, “All the players came through unscathed. No knocks to report and we are looking forward to our first home game of the season.

“The Weston result proved you get rewarded for hard work. I’m sure they will be raring to go again on Tuesday.”

Contrary to Borough, The Angels will head into the midweek clash keen to get their season up and running after they suffered a 2-0 defeat at home to Boreham Wood in their season curtain-raiser on Saturday.

Kick off: 7:45pm.
