GIANT goalkeeper Conor Gough has joined Eastbourne Borough on loan this week from NPower League One leaders Charlton Athletic.
The 18-year-old goalkeeper, who hails from Essex, looks set to start against Weston Super Mare tomorrow as regular stopper Clark Masters is suspended.
The arrival of Gough appears to have closed the door on a return for out-of-favour Rikki Banks.
Banks remains on loan at Lewes with Boro’ deciding against the option of recalling their contracted keeper.
Gough (pictured) has previously represented Crystal Palace and Gillingham. The six-foot-five stopper was handed a professional deal with Charlton last season.
Masters is suspended for one match following his red card at Dartford for deliberate handball outside the penalty area in the FA Trophy replay defeat.
