Striker Gary Hart has agreed a new deal with Eastbourne Borough.
The former Brighton favourite put pen to paper on a contract that will see the 34-year-old remain at Priory Lane for the 2012-13 season
Eastbourne Borough manager Tommy Widdrington said, “Just like Darren Baker, Gary has so much to offer the new recruits both on and off the field which makes me delighted to secure his services for the coming campaign.
“His background, up until last season, was in the pro game and his experience will be invaluable as we try to make that transition here at Boro.
“His fitness levels and appetite for the game impressed us and we look forward to continuing the working relationship we started on arrival at the football club.”
Despite suffering from an early season neck injury, Gary Hart played 36 games and scored eight goals for Borough in the last campaign.
