Eastbouurne Borough supporters are invited to profile the club’s Community Programme for 2014-15 by wearing the ‘Diversity’ t-shirts at the Vanarama Conference South match at Concord Rangers tomorrow (Saturday).
It emphasises the ‘Borough in the Community’ involvement with Sport for All, working with local schools and organisations, while also focusing on mental health and diability groups in East Sussex. Former Borough defender Anwar Uddin, of the Football Supporters Federation (FSF) visited a training session this week and provided the ‘Diversity’ t-shirts which were worn by the players supporting the community venture.
The FSF is seeking to promote diversity across the professional game and expressed his excitement at the ‘Borough in the Community’ initiative in association with the Grace-Eyre Foundation and the Football Conference Trust. Borough fans travelling with the official Supporters Club transport, will receive their shirts on the coach with plenty more for supporters at the game.
