Langney Ladies fade after excellent start

Langney Ladies v Adur

PLAYING at home, Langney Ladies met Adur in a Sussex County League match.

Although slow to start the home team soon caught up and were leading by one (83-82) after the fifteenth end.

However, they were unable to capitalize on this score and lost the match to Adur 93-112 gaining only two-and-a-half league points.

Langney v Falaise

A MIXED team from Langney travelled to Hastings for a friendly game against Falaise I.B.C and a pleasant afternoon was spent by all.

Although for much of the game Langney were lagging behind the home side, they managed to catch up during the last few ends to tie the match 119-119.
