SEAFORD in Bloom's entrants have had their entries judged by three experts.
There are nine categories, including best front and back garden, best nursing home and best warden assisted homes.

There were 40 entries in this year's competition — with some entrants going for the title of more than one category.

The winners will be revealed at an invitation-only awards ceremony on August 20.

This is the first year a children's competition has been run, for which there were 18 entries.

There can only be six winners — and these will be announced at a presentation on July 27, at the Martello Tower, at 12noon.
