Cars targeted by thieves

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a spate of vehicle break-ins in Seaford during the last week.
The first incident involved a Ford Fiesta left in the car park at the Seven Sisters Public House.

The vehicle was broken into and tools, fishing tackle, DVDs and a radio were taken.

A handbag was stolen from a insecure vehicle parked on a driveway in Sutton Drove, and a vehicle left in Bramber Road was broken into and a log book and an old guitar stolen. A vewhicle was also brok into in in the Barn Rise area

PC Martin Theelke said, "Residents are reminded to keep vehicles locked and valuables hidden when left unoccupied. Anyone with information about the incidents should contact Seaford Police Station on 0845 60 70 999.
