Will the precept be reduced next year?

OF course it was right for Andrew Hamilton to resign – at last a councillor (albeit Town) who is prepared to honour his electioneering promises.

It is about time that Councillor White and his cronies realised that, there are an ever increasing number of people in Seaford who are living on a fixed low income.

What could be regarded as merely the price of a drink to some, is the decision whether to have a hot meal today or switch on the heating, to others.

On the question of the increased precept, as it is for exceptional costs can we assume that the precept will reduce next year? I doubt it.
