Where do they all come from?

Have your say

I’ve heard it said traffic cones breed at night – and judging by their multiplicity on the motorways during the day maybe there’s some credence in that.

There again, it would appear wire coat hangers seem to have a particularly high reproduction rate. Put two in a cupboard or wardrobe and very soon there’ll be five or more.

But what about combs? I have seven, of different sizes and colours, and yet I only remember buying one – and that is not one of the seven.

I use all of them from time to time, though I’m somewhat balding, but at present I can find only four of them. So where did they all come from and where are the other three?

Yours becombingly,
