I suppose most people who live on Sovereign Harbour must be well aware of the plastic sheeting around the blocks of flats on south harbour.
This is to protect the workmen repairing the balconies but does anybody know what is the problem with these balconies?
I was informed by a neighbour that the interior metalwork of the balconies has corroded, if this is so, who are the architects who decreed that un-treated metal should be used on these coastal buildings?
Are they still in business and has the person been sacked?
I would love some feedback.
