DURING the afternoon of Tuesday February 7, I parked my car in the Arndale Centre car park.
I went and did some shopping, and when I had finished I returned to my car.
On arriving at the car I realised I had a problem with it and knew I would not be able to leave the centre without calling a mechanic.
I went to the Arndale Centre office to let them know I had a problem. The security guard immediately called someone to assist me.
As a result of the guard’s assistance I was able to get on with my onward journey.
Through your newspaper I would like to say how helpful the staff in the Arndale Centre were and I am very grateful for the help they gave me.
