PRAISE where its due. On Wednesday of this week my father in law Stan Maytem had a fall at home, my wife rang for a paramedic and within two to three minutes he arrived.
He gave my father in law a thorough examination and decided hospitalisation was necessary, he called for an ambulance and one arrived within four minutes.
The paramedic and the ambulance men were fantastic, very professional and understanding they did an excellent job. The nurse in A and E was equally so she kept us all informed as to what was going on which made the whole episode far more bare able. It’s so easy to criticise our NHS but these front line workers deserve a very big thank you they were great.
