LETTER: Thanks for all you have done

I’ve just read another story in the paper about the terrible way that people who call themselves carers treat the elderly and others who need help. So I thought I would let people know there are still some wonderful carers to be found, and we have found such carers from the company Caring4all.

My husband has PSP, an awful illness that has robbed him of the use of his body. His muscular system has slowly started to shut down; his mind is still very good but he now has difficulty in speaking. This has happened over the last five years and for two-and-a-half years we have had to have carers come in. They get him up, help shower him, dress him smartly, and help me with his exercises. They never complain about the bad days he has, and always praise him on the good days. We rely on them completely; they have never let us down. The company name sums them up Caring4all and that’s exactly what they do. Thank you to each and every one of you that take care of John. We couldn’t manage without you all.
