LETTER: Most people would agree with Annemarie over Cavendish issue

J.B. Barnes questioning Annemarie Field’s intelligence ( September 26) has a bit of a nerve. If the planning application was for a Supermarket the planners would demand off-road parking. This being a school it is coming out of their own pocket so to speak, so it is about money: a new school would be ideal. Intellectuals like J.B. Barnes might not mind the increasing congestion, pollution and de-valuing of property, but most would agree with Annemarie Field.
