Dog killed by speeding driver

ON Friday, January 21, at about 5pm a car was going up Selmeston, Road from Kings Drive, where you are supposed to do 30 miles an hour.

My brother-in-law’s dog followed him out to the car which was in the driveway and must have seen a bird or something as she ran out in the road.

This car knocked him down and just stopped and went.

It has shattered the whole family and left a big hole as it was killed by the car driver who should not have been going so fast that she could not have stopped in time.

I hope the person reads this as the house is so empty without our dear dog Florrie.

U L Thrower,
