Buzz off noisy pilots

After the depressing winter we have all endured, on the few occasions when it is warm and dry it is pleasant to be out and about in the garden.

One can hear the birds, the sound of lawnmowers, neighbours quietly chatting. It is therefore very annoying when the pilot of a lone small aeroplane regularly finds it necessary to fly for long periods over the northern side of Seaford, practising manoeuvres, with the engine going at full throttle as he dives and ascends in the skies.

Could he not practise his aerobatics over the sea instead of inflicting the noise on the residents of Seaford?
