READ all about it – a local newsagent has been named President of the Southern District Council of the National Federation of Retail Newsagents.
Michael Garner, of Garners News in South Street, has been in the trade for nearly 50 years.
The group has more than 16,000 members and looks after the retailer’s interests in all aspects of the trade.
Michael is also the president of the Eastbourne branch.
