High-end British design label L.K.Bennett has taken inspiration from the sunniest place in the UK to design the new Molly Canvas Eastbourne Print Tote Bag.

The new bag, which was released in April for the sales price of £125, was part of L.K.Bennett’s SS15 range and was released alongside a Margate inspired design of the bag.

With a colourful design paying homage to Eastbourne’s seafront, the bag features beach-huts reminiscent of Eastbourne’s own beach huts and a lido, reflecting the leisure involved on a break to Eastbourne.

The luxury fashion brand and shoe specialist are known for their signature kitten heel shoes, handbags and accessories and clothing which reflects modern femininity, colour and style.

Founded by Linda Bennett in London in 1990, L.K.Bennett fast became recognised for their feminine footwear. In 1998, ready-to-wear collections were introduced and established the label as a leading fashion house.

A brand spokesperson said, “Eastbourne has long been celebrated for its seaside charm and L.K.Bennett is a brand with an unmistakable British heritage.

“The old world charm of these iconic British landscapes are a constant source of inspiration for our collections.”

Eastbourne has been the destination of choice for previous fashion shoots, from the likes of Crew Clothing and French Burton, both in 2013.

British label for luxury casual wear, Crew Clothing shot for their Autumn 2013 range in Eastbourne. Modelled by Ben Fogle, they used Beachy Head as their backdrop, to complement their active coastal clothing range.
