Paul Meredith, local director for Lloyds Bank across East Sussex, and Richard Constantine, bank manager at the Eastbourne Branch

After months of training along Eastbourne seafront and up on the Downs, the pair completed the challenge in 23 hours and 25 minutes. They hiked up Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis in less then 24 hours.

They have so far have raised an impressive £3,700 for Dreams Come True, which helps to fulfil the dreams of children with life limiting illnesses.

Paul and Richard said, “This was a lot tougher than anticipated, with poor weather conditions testing our endurance.

“I believe this was the most challenging event we have ever taken part in.

“ We feel very proud and all the pain is worthwhile when you consider the massive difference this will make to so many children, young people and their family and friends.”

There is still time to sponsor Paul and Richard at their Virgin Money Giving site .
