Inspired by Brufords’ Think Pink fundraising campaign has been deemed an unmitigated success after it was revealed more than £1,500 has been donated to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

The staff at the Eastbourne jewellers worked tirelessly throughout October in support of the charity and their efforts paid off as they raised almost double last year’s total.

The shop’s fundraising included collecting unwanted bras and hosting an inaugural Think Pink evening where more than 100 ladies were invited to enjoy hairstyling, manicures, mini-facials or face-mapping in return for small donations.
