SERVICES provided by Eastbourne Homes have been rated among the very best by tenants living in Eastbourne.
An independent survey conducted by BMG Research found exceptionally high levels of satisfaction across a range of different indicators. The results also showed significant progress from the same survey conducted in 2008.
In a poll of 739 tenants, 87 per cent are satisfied with the services provided by Eastbourne Homes – up 10 per cent from 2008, 88 per cent think the service offers value for money, 84 per cent are satisfied with the quality of their home and 81 per cent are happy with their neighbourhood as a place to live.
The survey was undertaken between September and October this year.
Chief Executive at Eastbourne Homes, Jo Ellis, said, “These are superb results and a real boost for the dedicated staff at Eastbourne Homes and within Eastbourne Borough Council who work so hard to support all the tenants living in our town.
“While I am delighted with the outcomes from the survey there is no room for any complacency. The work to improve our services and the quality of the entire housing stock will go on.”
