A teenager has been ordered to pay compensation after a window at a shop in Seaford’s High Street was damaged.
Police were called following reports of youths letting off fireworks in the area on the evening of Tuesday May 28.
It was also reported that a window of a business had been broken.
A 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and they were given a conditional youth caution.
As part of the condition the youth must pay compensation to cover the costs of repairing the window.
