Police are appealing for witnesses to an unprovoked attack on a teenager in Eastbourne on Friday (July 29).
A 17-year-old Eastbourne boy was walking with a friend along Sevenoaks Road at about 10.15pm when a white Ford Transit pulled up alongside them, at the junction with Kingfisher Drive.
Two men got out of the van and assaulted the boy, who suffered facial injuries and sore ribs. The men then got back into the vehicle and drove off.
The first suspect is described as being a white man in his early 20s, with a large build, between 6’ and 6’ 2”, wearing a grey tracksuit with the hood up.
The second suspect is described as a white man in his early 20s, slim and between 5’ 10” and 6’ tall.
