CAVENDISH School pupils visited a local bank as part of their Enterprise Week.
The youngsters went to Lloyds TSB in Eastbourne town centre and had meetings with the manager.
They took part in various tasks including a workshop on setting up a business.
Chris Wardle, senior relationship manager of Lloyds TSB, said, “Myself and my area manager Steve Turner applaud the effort and enthusiasm that was evidenced during Enterprise week and indeed at the meetings at the bank.
“We were very impressed with the hard work that was done by staff and pupils alike to really engage with the thought process of setting up a business.
“In their own ways each of the teams excelled and all faced some big issues and responded with well thought out and organised business plans.”
The winning students were the team which came up with a business called they called PhonePhace followed closely by Tee-Rex.
