Hailsham Old Pavilion Society has announced a special showing of the 1965 film Dr Who and the Daleks for one night only at the Pavilion on the February 13 at 7.45pm.
This is the 50th anniversary of the first Dr Who movie and the film has now been digitally enhanced.
The Pavilion will also be visited by a real full-size working Dalek and Dr Who’s trusty companion K9. People are invited to come along and have their photograph taken with these authentic characters before the film.
Tickets are £7 for adults and £5.50 for concessions with a 10 per cent discount for HOPS members. Tickets are limited and expected to go fast. Please ensure you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Elsewhere, Hailsham Photographic Society stages its annual Colour Show on March 6 and 7. This audio-visual extravaganza sees members produce sequences of projected images.
The event is at the Civic Community Hall at 7.30pm on the Friday and at 2.30pm and 7,30pm on the Saturday. A donation of ticket sales will be presented to the Iasis Medical charity. Tickets (£5) on 01323 845569.
