EASTBOURNE Christmas shoppers could bag a bargain present from a brand new range of M & S stock donated this week to The Shelter charity shop.
This latest delivery from M & S offers a selection of ladies wear, menswear and kids sample clothing, as well as night wear and accessories including scarves and hats.
Money raised through Shelter shops helps to fund Shelter’s vital work helping vulnerable families keep a roof over their heads. As little as £10 pays for Shelter’s free housing advice helpline to respond to a call from a family facing homelessness.
Faezeh Dean, Manager of the Shelter store in Eastbourne, says: “This is a great opportunity to get some Christmas presents at bargain prices while raising money for Shelter’s vital work.
“Every two minutes in Britain someone faces the nightmare of losing their home, and in Eastbourne alone 65 households will be at risk this Christmas.
“By supporting our shop you’ll not only be picking up a bargain, you’ll also be helping Shelter provide much needed advice and support to people in housing need. There are some fantastic items available so come and take a look.”
Those who are foodies rather than fashionistas can also help Shelter this Christmas by treating themselves to lunch from M&S’s Food on the Move range of festive sandwiches, drinks and snacks. For every purchase made M&S donates 5% to Shelter.
The Eastbourne Shelter shop is located at 58 Terminus Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3LX and is open Monday – Saturday from 9am -5pm and on Sundays from 10am – 4pm.
Christmas opening hours are Christmas Eve 9am-3pm. Closed 25 – 28 December. Open 29 and 30th December. New Year’s Eve open 10am-2pm. Closed New Year’s Day
