A photograph taken by a former Eastbourne resident will feature on the cover of the newly-branded Ordnance Survey Landranger Map for the Eastbourne and Hastings area.

Susanna Di Crosta’s atmospheric shot features a misty Beach Head and was a winning entry in the national OS Photofit competition. The map will be available in shops from mid-February.

It was a case of double delight for the interior designer. Now living in Kingussie in the Scottish Highlands, she was also a winner with her photograph of Loch Insh. It will feature on the front of the forthcoming LRM for Kingussie and the Monadhliath Mountains.

Susanna said, “I am thrilled that my photos will represent my current home town in the Highlands and my previous home town of Eastbourne.”
