New partnership joins property rental market

ZITA Ginger and Peter Sanders’ partnership, Ginger and Sanders Property Rentals Ltd, opened for business on September 19 at their new shop-based office in Langney Road, Eastbourne.

The grand launch full-day event took place on Friday, September 21, with more than 70 local business people, landlords and dignitaries in attendance throughout the day.

The Mayor of Eastbourne, Councillor Mike Thompson and Eastbourne’s MP Stephen Lloyd were in attendance and praised Ginger and Sanders for their efforts to transform an almost derelict unit into a smart and eye-catching shop on a busy corner of Seaside.

The many guests toasted the future success of the company while enjoying speeches from the Mayor and MP, as well as partner Peter Sanders who shared his vision for a customer-focused and competitively-priced property rental company.

Ginger and Sanders Property Rentals already successfully looks after numerous properties in the town and surrounding areas.

It offers a fixed-fee service that keeps them competitive and differentiates them from the competition in the town.

The highly-experienced team aim to bring an honest approach and new level of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.

Peter Sanders, who runs Sanders Property Management in the town, said, “We’ve started this business to try and bring something fresh to the property rental market in Eastbourne.

“Our team truly are passionate about property, so we hope people will come and give us a try.”

Peter’s business partner, Zita Ginger, has 12 years’ experience in the property letting industry and is well known and respected in the local community.

She holds the relevant qualifications and brings her previous experience in hotels and holiday resort management to give an exceptional understanding of the various customers’ needs.

Ms Ginger has also been working closely with the local councils relating to different classes of property use and tenant related issues.

She will provide landlords with practical, theoretical and strategic expertise in this challenging and rewarding environment, to succeed in this dynamic field.

Ms Ginger will be responsible for the team and building strong working relationships with landlords and tenants alike. She will also remain involved in the day-to-day running of the new shop front office.
