Police were called to a house party in Hailsham last night (Sunday) after a teenager was hit over the head with a bottle.
Officers went to Court Lodge Close, Lower Dicker, following several reports of a disturbance at a private house party.
A 19-year-old man had been struck on the head with a bottle, causing a minor wound, and an 18-year-old man had been struck in the face.
The two men, from Seaford and Vines Cross, near Heathfield, respectively and a 20-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, both from Brighton, were all arrested on suspicion of affray.
All four arrested are currently in police custody while enquiries continue.
A police spokesperson said, “During the disturbance a kitchen window and a television screen were smashed. It would appear none of the men had been invited to the party.”
