Purpose-built ... The Seven Sisters

After 23 years, and as the longest-serving pub landlord in the Eastbourne area, Keith Abbott of The Seven Sisters has decided to retire.

Keith has instructed Nick Earee of Fleurets’ Brighton office to deal with the sale of his leasehold interest which has just been placed on the open market with a guide price of £50,000.

Keith, who was a keen rugby player with the Eastbourne Vultures up to the age of 50, operates the only sports-orientated pub within the area and it is very much the hub of the community.

It is a modern purpose-built property in the residential area of Willingdon. For further information please visit: http://www.fleurets.com/search/all-properties/search-for-s-615628
