The Eastbourne Pier Benevolent Fund is in line for a windfall after organisers said they would donate all profits from an event aimed at East Sussex businesses.
The fund, which was set up to help traders and pier employees in need, has already raised more than £6,000 to date.
The latest money-making idea sees Geoff Ramm, an internationally renowned speaker on marketing and customer service, head to the town’s Towner gallery for his OMG marketing your business show.
The show, which will take place on Tuesday September 2 at 5.30pm, is designed to give businesses inexpensive ideas on increasing their sales.
Geoff is the creator of celebrity service and observational marketing as well as the author of OMG (Observational Marketing Greats).
He has received numerous awards as a keynote speaker and has given talks all over the world, from North America to Africa and Asia.
He speaks about his own experiences and seeks to give new ideas as to how to help businesses gain and retain customers by standing out from the competition.
Known as the Billy Connolly of marketing, Geoff has received rave reviews from corporate clients as well as entrepreneurial audiences.
