Top seafront hotel sold

The Claremont Lions Hotel on Eastbourne seafront has been sold.

It was sold by Sheikh Abid Gulzar earlier this month to the Daish Hotel Group based in Devon, which owns hotels in Bournemouth, Torquay, Newquay and Shanklin.
