A man threatened to stab a teenage boy with a large hunting knife in an Eastbourne park.
The 14-year-old was sitting by the toilets in the Archery recreation ground with a friend on Tuesday (March 25) when the attack took place.
An argument broke out between the victim, his friend and two young women at about 7.20pm. Ten minutes later, a young man approached the teenager and threatened to stab him.
The attacker was white, aged 18-25, and 5’ 10”. He was slim and with mid-length dark hair and clean shaven, wearing a black hooded top, dark coloured track suit bottoms and white trainers. He also spoke with what sounded like a London accent.
