Their declared mission is to change the face of ageing and they are doing this by delivering companionship-based care which is built around the individual needs of their clients.

In bestowing the award, the organisers recognise that Home Instead’s service addresses a growing demand from an ageing population.

They also recognise that the company’s care is person-centred and includes the social wellbeing of clients who benefit from minimum one hour visits, delivered by familiar caregivers who are matched to clients based on shared interests.

Trevor Brocklebank, chief executive of Home Instead Senior Care, said he was delighted to receive the award.
