The doors open for the popular Over 50s Lifestyles Show at the Winter Garden at the weekend (May 10-11).
More than 6,500 visitors attended the show last year – and this year it will be even bigger and better, with more than 160 exhibition stands.
There will also be celebrity guest appearances, cooking demonstrations, dance and fitness demonstrations, stalls and raffles.
The exhibitors cover subjects such as finance and law, home, lifestyles, entertainment, leisure, fitness, beauty, fashion, travel, wining and dining, nutrition, arts and crafts.
There are six different zones at the hall – Energy, Law and Finance, Food Hall, Lifestyles, Home, Health and Beauty and Over 50s Village Market – with speakers include TV’s Fred Dinenage (who will be appearing on Sunday), local historian John Wilton and author Dorit Oliver-Wolff.
The show is open from 10am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sunday.
Tickets cost £8 (children under 16 can go in for free), call 412000 or see www.eastbournetheatres.co.uk.
