A brand new TK Maxx store is set to open its doors in Eastbourne in the new year and will be creating 45 new jobs in the area.
The new cut price designer store will open in the former sports shop at the retail park on Pevensey Bay Road.
It will feature more than 19,000 square feet of fashion and accessories for women, men and kids as well as homeware at a fraction of the normal retail price.

The building that has been taken over by TK Maxx is the former JJB Sports shop, which closed earlier this year and has remained empty since.
