Amber explained that as Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, she has three priorities - to ensure security of energy supply; to keep energy costs down for consumers, and to move towards the use of green.

She said: “It was a real pleasure to discuss such an important and ground-breaking conference with the children at St Mary Star of the Sea School, and to answer their many and searching questions, demonstrating a keen interest in and knowledge of this serious issue.”
