Silk scarves and peanut butter bon-bons can be snapped up at a Fairtrade Market taking place in Seaford on Saturday (March 8).
The community will have the chance to sample lots of Fairtrade goods at the event which will be held at the Clinton Centre between 10am and 12.30pm.
There will be different stall with goods on sale including ladies clothes from Nepal and South American woodcarvings.
There will also be delicious nibbles made with Fairtrade ingredients such as Jo’s tasty peanut butter bon-bons and Angela’s banana tea-loaf with cranberry and cardamom. These are included in the admission price of 50p, with a small charge being made for Fairtrade tea or coffee. If visitors enjoy the samples then they can take a recipe home with them.
Seaford became a Fairtrade town back in 2007.
