UKIP wins Seaford council by-election

The UKIP candidate Alan Latham is the new face joining Seaford Town Council after receiving the most votes in the town’s by-election.

Voters went to the polls yesterday (Thursday) to choose who they wanted to replace Andrew Hamilton who quit as a councillor earlier this year.
