TWELVE intrepid adventurers went skydiving over the Kent countryside to raise money for two charities.

Their efforts have brought it nearly £4,000 which will be divided between the Eastbourne and South Wealden branch of the MS Society and the Foundation for Sudden Infant Death.

The friends each took part in a sky dive from a plane which took off from Headcorn Airfield.

The fund-raising project was organised by Becca Ellison, whose mum, Bernie, has MS, and Celine Mander, who supports the Foundation for Sudden Infant Death.

Becca said, “We would all like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has donated or sponsored us, such as the Grand Hotel, Brighton, the Brighton Centre, Blackstock Farm and the Congress Theatre, Eastbourne.”
