CHART-TOPPING pair Rizzle Kicks caused quite a commotion when they carried the torch along the prom.

The pair ran along the seafront to Fisherman’s Green and a crowed of excited youngsters turned out to cheer them on.

Anne Dawson said, “The girls were going crazy for Rizzle Kicks.

“There was only a small crowd but they were crying and hysterical. They were climbing up on the walls and screaming.

“One mum said Rizzle Kicks are like the Beatles as far as her children are concerned.”
