Schools and hospitals may be forced to have the meat they serve checked following the horsemeat scandal.

East Sussex NHS Healthcare Trust, which runs Eastbourne DGH, said, “Our meat is sourced locally from British Premium Meats with over 85 per cent of the meat purchased coming from Kent and Sussex farms.”
