THE FORMER Eastbourne Herald and Gazette offices have been given a welcome new lease of life.

Developers behind the Enterprise Centre bought the building in Commercial Road last year and has been carrying out an extensive refurbishment project to turn them into offices and workshops.

The latest to open is a  new art and textiles teaching studio called Studio Eleven which is being run by Christine Chester.
