Eastbourne teenager stood down from bail in murder inquiry
A 14-YEAR-OLD boy arrested on suspicion of the murder of Chris Poole in Eastbourne last month has been stood down from bail.
The boy, who was 13 at the time of the incident, has been told that no further action will be taken against him.
Two teenagers appeared before Lewes Crown Court on August 21 charged with the murder of Mr Poole, who was attacked outside the Premier convenience store in the Hydneye area of Eastbourne shortly before 9pm on August 16.
Shane Noble, 19, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody and a 15-year-old boy from Eastbourne has been remanded to the custody of a local authority outside Sussex. They will next appear before Lewes Crown Court on October 30.
